Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early/late requests welcome when the calendar allows.

Minimum stay?

Typically 2 nights; 3 on holiday weekends. The calendar above shows live availability.

Is there parking?

Driveway parking on site plus free street parking.

Can the pool be heated?

Yes — pool heating is available at an additional fee. Just let us know when you book.

How many guests?

From 2 to 12 overnight guests across the main house and ADU.

Can we have groceries delivered before we arrive?

Yes — we partner with Bellhopt to stock the kitchen before check-in. Once you book, we'll send you the Bellhopt link so you can order ahead of your arrival.

Where exactly is the house?

Centrally located in San Diego — about 20 minutes to the beach, 15 to Gaslamp, 10 to Balboa Park. Exact address shared after booking.
